Do it yourself passport photo

I had to take a homemade passport photo today.
These two (or one) link(s) would be enough to get someone started in making a passport photo. I basically made a 4×6, 300 dpi photoshop file according to this link:

You can create valid passport photos with http://idphoto4you.com website.
It uses face detection to set size and position of head.
It is free.
